Appointments Before your first grooming appointment, we must have crucial information for you and your dog as well as a signed Client Grooming Agreement (online or printed, signed and emailed back to us). In an effort to keep our grooming appointments "contactless", please fill out our online form if you:
1. Are interested in setting up a grooming appointment and have not filled out our Client Agreement yet 2. If you are a brand new client and have not yet spoken to Dan 3. If you already have an appointment scheduled and have not yet filled out our Client Agreement
Dan will be in touch with you shortly after we receive your form for a general quote, to answer and questions you may have and to schedule an appointment.
Mobile grooming appointments are scheduled at a specific time, an appointment time is truly an 'estimated time of arrival’. We do our very best to arrive at that scheduled time, however, as is the nature of any mobile or animal based business, many unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, mechanical breakdowns, weather conditions, and even the coat & condition of a pet from a prior appointment can cause delays.
Likewise, there are many times that our pet stylist may be running ahead of schedule. Whether we are running ahead or behind, our mobile pet stylist will contact you as early as possible to let you know when they will arrive. Some flexibility is always greatly appreciated!
Cancellations/No Show In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot. Failure to call in advance or failure to have your pet available for the grooming service may result in a charge of $30 which will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. We understand there may be emergency situations and will always do our best to work with you.
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance to reschedule.
Key on File Service Wag’n Groom offers a ‘key on file service’. Client provides Wag’n Groom with a key, a garage code, or some other form of access to the home, Wag’n Groom will come by at your scheduled grooming appointment time to care for your pet and Client just leaves or arranges a form of payment. Your pet must be crated or left in an accessible area. Wag’n Groom will not be held responsible for damages or theft to Clients home or property while on the service call for grooming your pet(s).
